What do the different statuses of the products sold mean?

New with tag
The item is unused, with tags attached and/or in its original packaging. It has never been used and has no defects.

New without tag
The item is new but does not have the original tags or packaging. It has never been used and has no defects.

Very good condition on
Item used or worn several times, but in perfect condition. It may have small imperfections, which are clearly detailed and mentioned in the advertisement.

Good condition
Used or worn item, which may show signs of wear. These signs are clearly detailed and mentioned in the listing.

Satisfying
Item is used or worn many times, with visible defects that are clearly detailed in the photos and description.

Damaged
Item that shows significant signs of wear, stains or imperfections. Defects are clearly visible in the photos and are mentioned in the description.

Where do the items for sale come from?

Individuals, most of whom bought the new product on the brand's website, wanted to put it on sale to empty their pantry, buy new products... and make people happy!

Some items come directly from the INDI&COLD brand ( prototypes, display models, etc.)

Is the price of the products negotiable?

The price of the items is not negotiable.

It is set directly by the seller, to whom we suggest a fair price.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay and Paypal

Can I return the product if it doesn't fit me (size, color, etc.)?

Your product is not compliant : we will refund you and generate your return label within 24 hours.

Your product does not satisfy you:
- Items purchased from a private seller are not refundable or exchangeable. However, we offer you the possibility of relisting your purchase, commission-free.
- Items purchased from INDI&COLD can be returned, with a return shipping cost of €7.99 to be paid by the customer.

How can I be sure that I will receive my item?

The vast majority of orders reach their recipient without any issues!

If you encounter any problems (shipping, delivery, ...), we invite you to write to us . Once the problem is reported and confirmed, you will be reimbursed directly into your bank account.

How can you be sure that the product you receive will match its description?

Once your order has been received, you have 72 hours to report any potential problem (non-compliant product, counterfeit, etc.).

Our teams will review your request as quickly as possible and proceed with a full refund of your order, if necessary.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

How long does the seller have to ship my order?

The seller has 5 days to ship your order!

But the vast majority send it much faster!

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, we invite you to contact us directly.

What countries can I ship to?

We currently ship to mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Spain and Italy.

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer delivery to a collection point (from €4.99) and to your home (from €8.49)

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery of your order depends on the number of shipments and the delivery method chosen.

For example, if your order contains 3 items from 2 different sellers and you want to receive them at a collection point, you will pay 2 x €4.99, i.e. €9.98.

The exact amount is calculated at checkout!

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive emails at each important stage of the shipment.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

Occasionally, your order may be delayed... or lost in transit.

In that case, we invite you to contact our support team , who will carefully analyze each situation.

Can I return my order?

Your product is not in compliance : We will refund the amount and generate your return label within 24 hours.

Your product does not suit you :
- Items purchased from a private seller are not refundable or exchangeable. However, we offer you the opportunity to resell your purchase, commission-free.
- Items purchased at Indi&Cold can be returned at the buyer's expense (7.99 euros).

How much can I get for selling an item?

When you make a sale on the platform, you get a 120% gift card (e.g. a €120 gift card for a €100 sale).

You also have the option to receive a transfer of 85% of the sale amount.

How do I sell my items?

We invite you to visit our I sell page: everything is explained there!

And if you still have questions, our support teams are always available to help.

Can I send you my products so you can manage the sale directly?

We do not offer this service at this time but we have this need in mind!

I won't be able to ship my items for a while (vacation, etc.), what should I do?

That's a great question, and it will help keep your order cancellation rate low!

You have the option to disable your ongoing ads by contacting us directly.

Remember to turn them back on when you return!

How do I use my gift card?

To use your gift card :

1. Visit our website INDI&COLD
2. Select the products of your choice and add them to your basket.
3. At checkout, enter your gift card numbers in the box provided.
