Refund policy

Your product is not compliant: we will refund the amount and generate your return label within 24 hours.

Your product is not suitable for you:

• Items purchased from a specific seller cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, we offer you the opportunity to resell your purchase without commission.
• Items purchased from INDI&COLD can be returned at the buyer's expense (€7.99).
